When you submit the free audit form, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and that you are authorized to discuss the business or project. Submitting a form does not create a client relationship, guarantee availability, or require BrickBase to accept a project.

4. Pricing and Payments

Prices shown on the website are starting prices only. Final pricing depends on website size, features, content needs, design complexity, integrations, third-party tools, automation requirements, and support needs. Payment schedules, deposits, revisions, cancellation terms, and refunds are handled through the project proposal or invoice agreed with the client.

5. Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for providing:

After full payment, the client receives the rights described in the approved project agreement for final deliverables. Third-party assets, software, plugins, fonts, APIs, hosting, and integrations remain subject to their own licenses and terms.

7. AI, Chatbots, and Automation

AI chatbots and automation systems can improve response speed and lead handling, but they may produce incomplete or incorrect responses if business data, FAQs, prompts, or integrations are incomplete. Clients are responsible for reviewing chatbot behavior, approving public-facing content, and monitoring live workflows after launch.

8. Website Use

You agree not to misuse this website, including by:
